Sally joined the Team in 2007. She is a Board member and heads up the the campaigns and content offer at The Team.
Sally has worked across on and offline, in the public and private sectors, including retail, charity, utilities, with a specialism in financial services for the last 33 years.
Specific project areas include the development of acquisition, retention, behaviour change, internal communications, brand and cross-sell strategies, and business-as-usual programmes of activity. She also has international experience of working in Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
Previously, Sally was a Business Partner at Ogilvy One. She successfully re-built account teams to maintain consistency and improve standards on the American Express Europe and Halifax accounts.
Prior to that, she was a founding partner of Fenix Communications where she worked as Client Services Director across clients included Debenhams, Masterfoods, Marlow Foods and Cancer Research.
Sally won the accolade for Precision Marketing Campaign effectiveness award for Debenhams store card CRM strategy and the Marketing Revolution Award for www.cokeauction.co.uk. As well as Digital Impact Awards for The Team’s work with NS&I, and CIM Best Advertising Campaign for the work with Southeastern.
She helped to successfully launch the Centurion and Harrods cards for American Express, and her work in developing a CRM strategy for Debenhams store cardholders won a Precision Marketing Campaign effectiveness award.
Most recently, Sally has been part of the team that delivered award-nominated work for Southeastern trains and Gas Safe Register.
