We’ve built tools to move BP towards a sustainable future. BP’s values were brought to life in films using employee’s stories and voices, illustrated with BP’s striking environmental branding.
Almost 90% of BP employees now use the organization’s values and behavior for direction
Using the real voices of BP people, we shared authentic true-life stories that focused on people’s passion for their work.
We used printed materials and digital displays to support the films and help employees engage with the narrative.
Intuitive and engaging value and behavior animations helped employees better understand BP’s expectations.
